Q. What are the custom graphics for Ford made of?
A. The custom graphics are made using 3M products. Our graphics are printed on 3M vinyl and laminated for protection. This premium quality vinyl is the same material used for premium full wrap vehicle graphics. Ford Custom Graphics is able to control quality by doing all production in-house.

Q. Will the vinyl graphic damage the vehicle?
A. Our wraps will not damage your vehicles paint. However, if applying after a new paint job you should wait at least 6 weeks before applying the vinyl.

Q. How does the dealership or the customer care for the graphics once they are installed onto the vehicle?
A. This is a vinyl product and should be cleaned and conditioned during your routine washing. Avoid car washes that use brushes or high pressure. We recommend hand washing. Any abrasives, oils and petroleum distillates should not be used on vinyl. Waxes should never be used on vinyl. Most waxes contain petroleum distillates, and because wax is a build-up product. It holds in the heat absorbed from the sun and accelerates heat damage.

Q. Do the colors of the graphics on the website match exactly the color of the vinyl that will be received?
A. In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. Because of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the websites.

Q. How long will the wraps last on the vehicle?
A. The graphics are designed to be replaceable, but they will last anywhere from 3-5 years. They come with a 3 year 36,000 mile Warranty.

Q. Can Ford vehicles be personalized with graphics not found on the websites?
A. At this time we are not able to offer custom designed orders on anything except fleet line vehicles. If you wish to customize your Ford please contact us to let us know. Any and all feedback on how we can improve our products and services are welcome.

Q. Will the vinyl leave a residue when graphics are removed?
A. It will not leave any residue. However, if you are putting it on an antique paint job you should test a discreet area to make sure that any surface oxidation doesn't leave a residue from the vinyl adhesive.

A. All of our designs are covered with a clear over laminate. This material adds durability to the product and lessens the effects of UV light on the material. However, there are many variables involved such as where the vehicle is parked, if it is washed regularly, and was it installed properly. 3M provides warranty information on their materials against fading and cracking when the application is performed within their specification.

A. All purchases will be made using the EDI system under the FLA program.

A. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if the product shipped does not match the order received, and for defects in the vinyl.

Q. What happens if the installer at the dealership or the customer damages a piece of product during installation?
A. It is not the responsibility of FordCustomGraphics.com if you damage any of the products once you receive it. However, FordCustomGraphics.com will sell you replacement pieces at a discounted cost within 30 days of ordering. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged piece.

Q. What if we want to get a bunch of graphics for cars at the dealership? Do you offer any sort of bulk order discounts?
A. Dealership pricing is set as low as possible on every single item. You are getting the absolute best value no matter how many graphics you order.

A. All orders for Ford must be done on the FCS website.

Q. How long should we expect to wait after ordering until we get the order?
A. Typically we will start to produce your order the day after you place it. Production time will take from 1-3 days depending on the graphics complexity. After the graphic is produced it will be shipped ground and should arrive in 3-5 days.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Every order is shipped directly to the dealership that places the order to ensure that all orders are perfect and to help streamline and coordinate the purchase to install process. Everything will be via the standardized Ford shipping policy.
