Q. What are the custom graphics for Ford made of?
A. Our graphics are made with 3M’s Scotchprint® Personalized Vehicle Graphic Film plus a clear graphic protection layer. Ford Custom Graphics is able to control quality by working directly with some of the best graphics manufacturers in the industry.

Q. Will the color of vinyl I receive and the colors on the website match exactly?
A. In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. Because of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the website.

Q. Am I able to personalize my Ford with my own design?
A. At this time we are not able to offer custom design orders.

Q. When will I be able to buy custom graphics for my Ford?
A. Graphics are available now! If your vehicle is not supported please check back at a later date.

Q. What do Ford custom graphics cost?
A. Prices vary between make, model, and model year, as well as size of graphic.

Q. How long should I expect the order to take until I receive it?
A. Your dealer should receive your order between 7-10 days.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Every order is shipped to the Ford dealership that places the order. We do this to ensure that all orders are perfect and to help streamline and coordinate the installation of your purchase.

Q. Where do I get my personalized Ford Custom Graphics installed?
A. Everything from ordering to install is done at and coordinated with your local Ford Dealership.

Q. What happens if a graphic is damaged during installation?
A. It is not the responsibility of fordcustomgraphics.com if you damage any of the products once you receive them. However, fordcustomgraphics.com will sell you replacement pieces at a discounted cost within 30 days of the original order. We do require photographic evidence of the damaged piece.

Q. Will the vinyl graphic damage my car?
A. Our graphics, when properly applied, should not damage OEM factory paint that is fully cured.

Q. How long will the graphics last on my Ford?
A. They should last from 3-5 years and may be removed at any time.

Q. How do I care for my graphics once they are installed on my vehicle?
A. Hand washing of your vehicle and its graphics is recommended. Avoid abrasive materials, petroleum distillates (such as tar removers) and car washes that use brushes or high pressure. About 6 weeks after the graphics are applied you can use automotive wax over your vehicle, but avoid products designed for cleaning and waxing in a single step as they contain more solvents, which could affect the graphics.

Q. I live in a very sunny and hot climate; will the graphics fade in these conditions?
A. All of our designs are covered with a protective layer, which adds durability and helps protect the graphic from the effects of UV light. However, over time the pigments in the film and ink will fade to some extent depending on the level of UV exposure. Please visit our warranty page to read warranty specifications.

Q. How do I remove the graphics?
A. Professional removal is recommended; see your dealership. A professional will use heat to soften the adhesive bond of the graphic and then carefully remove it. A citrus-based cleaner may be needed to remove any adhesive residue.

Q. What is the return policy at fordcustomgraphics.com?
A. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if the product shipped does not match the order received and for defects in the graphic.
